I WILL MAKE THIS QUICK. BUYER BEWARE... THIS COMPANY PREPARED OUR TAXES FOR CLOSE TO 4 YEARS (MY WIFE'S BUSINESS, OUR BUSINESS AND PERSONAL) AND CHARGED US A BOAT LOAD OF MONEY FOR PREPARATION AND HONESTLY IT WAS NOT WORTH IT. WE ARE NOW WITH ANOTHER ACCOUNTANT AND THEY ARE DOING MORE FOR US AND CHARGE US HALF OF WHAT THIS COMPANY CHARGED.AGAIN BE CAREFUL!!!

Isler did my 2019 taxes. They did a less than adequate job and missed adding the necessary forms needed to process my taxes. Its now 2021 and I am still trying to fix their mistakes. I was over charged, I communicated via email on several occasions with no response from Carolyn or her employees. They even tried to charge me additional fees to correct their errors. I was unable to get my stimulus check because of their errors and lack of professionalism.
