I have been with Home Instead for a year now. The office staff are so flexible with my schedule, I can work as little or as much as I like. The office coordinator works really hard to match caregiver with the best fit clients, which has made for really great expirences.

Called for a friend who was desperate for in home care. Brianna answered the call in every way. She was at my friend's house about 30 minutes after she answered my call. My friend is REALLY challenging. Brianna was AMAZING! She was so kind, understanding, patient, and helpful. My friend yelled at her repeatedly and Brianna was not phased. She just stayed on task and remained kind. The next morning I called my friend and Brianna answered!!! She was there with the perfect person to care for my friend, Cal. I called back later and my friend had a whole new outlook on life. Why wasn't I there? I live 3000 miles away. I have called my friend every day... read full review
