Heartland Express is a good company with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are kind and very helpful, and the terminals are like a truck stop without the weird people. The shop is professional, providing good inspections and fixing trucks right away. Warranty work or dealer repair is not a bad place here, with a loaner car available. Resources for food and supplies are easily accessible nearby. The trucks are good. Some note that the vending machines in the driver's lounge have issues, but overall, there is no better place for a career.
It’s good I can’t complain everyone is here to help you and I think most of the staff are kind and very helpful terminals are like a truck stop with out the weird people like a truck stop relaxing atmosphere and fix the trucks right away you don’t have a Christmas tree on in dash like my last company I worked at . Trucks are good .
Nothing wrong with the company in general. I just wanted to complain about the vending machines in the driver's lounge. The card readers don't work and they eat coins. Literally the only way to get something is with cash.
Shop Forman is a true professional. If you need to get a heartland truck in for service I believe they a will get a better inspection and it's not a bad place if warranty work or dealer repair is needed. Loaner car is available and resources for food and supplies are easily accessible nearby
