Many customers recommend this facility for its supportive staff, who are known to handle tragic situations with care and patience. One reviewer shared how the team helped them with their puppy's passing, noting the comforting atmosphere and reasonable prices. However, some customers have experienced issues with availability, suggesting that it is wise to call ahead, as the business may not always be open as advertised. Overall, Green Acres is seen as a valuable resource for the community during difficult times.
They were so kind and helpful during such an unexpected and difficult time. They took care of everything for my cat and even picked him up directly from the vet’s office, which I really appreciated. When I came to pick him up, they brought him directly to my car for me, which made things a little easier.
I’m so grateful for how respectfully and thoughtfully they handled everything. It meant a lot knowing he was in good hands. 🤍🐾
She is absolutely amazing, very respectful and quick with her services. I'm heart broken over the loss of my sweet girl, but happy with how she was treated in the end. I highly recommend Green Acres. The prices are also very very reasonable and she offers many urns and keep sakes.
They were very attentive and accommodating to the immediate need I had. Upon arrival, the man was very calm and respectful. You could sense he had respect for animals. He was very compassionate , comforting, took the time to talk with me about what had happened and gave me the needed time to say goodbye.
I would recommend this place; the atmosphere is beautiful and the people who run it are filled with integrity and compassion.
