This place ...I was refused to talk to the office manger ...They wanted me to share personal information in the waiting room ....They were talking Crap about Patients that called in they were talking crap about people in the waiting room ...They refused to help a elderly man who needed help carrying his papper work to his chair ...(he was using Crutches) we helped him ....and when I left and had to call back with more medical information the appointment scheduler Told me they will only help me every 10 years no matter what my family history is ....I've lost 2 family members to colon cancer.And unfortunately about to loose a 3rd ....I Was so hopeful when Asante took it...read full review

I would give 0 stars if I could. Back in April of 2022. I had a colonoscopy done. The prep was horrible. I was completely alone throwing up so much i couldn't get up. I called the paramedics however they didn't take me to the hospital for whatever reason. They just came in and checked on me and wished me luck with my procedure. Im truly surprised this place is still even open. Stay far away from this place take your health up to Eugene. BEWARE OF HORRIBLE COLON PREP!! I WISH SUED THIS PLACE!!!

I was referred by my PCP. It's been weeks & no one has contacted me. Every time I call no one answers the phone. I just sit on hold until I get frustrated or have to get back to work (30 or more minutes) & hang up.
