Flooring in Medford

“I looked around at a few different places for a very specific type of laminate flooring to match the existing engineered hardwood flooring in a new home. No Frills had almost an exact match and a great price. The product was high quality and is now installed. You cannot tell the difference between the old and the new. They mesh very well together. “We typically do not write reviews but we wanted to share our outstanding experience we had visiting this store on Saturday morning. My husband and I had driven a couple of hours to get to Medford to shop for granite. Seneca greeted us and was just phenomenal in everyway imaginable throughout our time in the store. She was sooo gracious, understanding, knowledgeable, provided incredible guidance, and was so patient. She made the daunting-to-us project of selecting granite sooo doable. It was obvious that she knew not only the products but also the process in involved in our project. We left having chosen our granite. Had it not been for Seneca, I don't know that we could have chosen what was right for us - and I know we would have been much more worn out. We'd definitely go here again for any granite (or tile, etc) needs.“

“Honestly, I avoided Color Tile because my perception was that they would be too expensive for our modest project. So like so many other people we bounced between the big box stores never liking anything enough to make a purchase. We would clearly be settling for something we both didn’t really love.

After some convincing and some wasted trips across the valley every weekend we headed for Color Tile. I was expecting over priced tired old designs from a free standing tile store that’s been in the valley for years. We walked in the doors and I was legitimately shocked. Everything was incredible. The designs were fresh and modern and the staff said hi and were welcoming and offered assistance if we wanted any but otherwise left us alone to explore.

One design after another peaked our interest. So many great options and every possible configuration were displayed. Everything you could imagine was modeled and displayed. Our design ideas were right there in front of us so we didn’t have to just rely on imagination.

We took it all in and left to have lunch and talk about it. My first assumption was that though it was great and the store was better than I could have imagined I then assumed we could never afford that level of product and design. We left it at that and went on with our weekend.

I was again convinced to return to Color Tile. This time I said I’m not just going to wander around looking at all the great options. I said this time I want to make our budget known and just stick to what we can afford.

This is the point where Color Tile and their staff took over and truly blew my mind. Without judgment or brushing our litttle project off as insignificant they guided us through all our options. We were so impressed with the quality and affordability they offered in our budget. It was so easy it felt like we wasted weeks at the big box stores. We made our selection immediately and they let us take samples home to be sure. That helped ease our minds completely. They walked us to our car with our samples, no deposit no names just let us know they said. We loved our choices and went to make the purchase and get our boxes of tile, which they had in stock.

Then I asked if they had a recommendation for an independent installer as our tile was a mosaic design of varying sizes and I couldn’t do it myself. They quickly wrote down a name and number. They said he was really good and meticulous. Since this isn’t a review of the installer I
Won’t go into detail about him but wow he far exceeded our expectations. The job took far longer than expected(days) yet he never sacrificed quality for speed. He stuck to his original quote without a word. We got way more than a person could expect. He stained the new wood floor transition from tile to cherry wood. His quote was great his work was incredible. He even said we over paid when I tipped him for his great job. This whole experience couldn’t have been better. Great job Color Tile. You proved me wrong in every respect
