Horrible help. They are recommending other help agencies in medford. The cycles of these people working are not okay for help and are pushing most people to start taking pills!!! I was told there is no help for apartment application fees!!! This is what I need to get into an apartment.
Well they are supposed to legally help people and use resources to help people to not be homeless!!! I have volunteered at Rouge Retreat since 2021!! Build buildings, build decks, roofing, siding, painting, cleaning up snow, working on electricity to provide others with help even with my disabilities is not okay after all the help I have done for free!!

The therapist and case manager wanted to put me in one of their transitional homes for a little bit until my first social security hearing for SSI. (Which my case manager wasnt there for). I didnt need to move in at the moment, but they mentioned how great and better off I'd be. I wasnt even there a week before they told me I had to move out the end of the month. Health insurance stopped funding it. Living there was like jail with extra steps. Tight rules ran like a ship. They wanted to put me in a rehab facility just because i like to drink occasionally, but not every day. Now I dont trust these people because they bait and switched me. David from Columbia care is a great addition to your team.He has always been there for me in these Dire needs I have dealing with my Wifes health issues regarding addiction and Cancer worries.He is a great back up Man for Jeffrey who is training members of Columbia Care as we speak.GOD Bless this Organization.Front Desk Liz and.
