Chris (the owner) has a legal matter that he is avoiding and no matter what I do to get in touch with him to work it out he neglects his obligations. I would not recommend doing business with him he has never once tried to correct his wrongs. Makes me wonder if he would tell you if he made a mistake on your hair or if he would just say he does not make mistakes.

So it seems like every employee that worked here left because of the owner. I bought a yearly membership and the owner continuously cancels appointments. It's frustrating because he simply doesnt care since he's already been paid the yearly fee. If he cancels on me again I will file a dispute for a refund. This is not what I signed up for and it's just bad business

Been going to Chris for over a year and will continue. I'm particular with my hair and he nails it every time. I enjoy catching up every time I go in, he's friendly and courteous.
