Alissa, was very perfessional and friendly. I had not had my brows done since before the pandemic. So Alissa certainly had her work cut out for her. She accomplished the impossible. Alissa was the best brow tech I have ever had an the benefit brow bar at Ulta. She really took her time with my brows and they came out absolutely flawless. From the mapping to the waxing and plucking the strays, she was very methodical and precise with her work. She viewed it as an art form and it definitely came out in her finished product. I am so happy with my brows and cannot recommend Alissa enough. Thank you!
