Went in to ask about availability for a hair color appointment. & the lady I spoke to was very rude acting like she didn’t want to talk to me. When I asked if there was any available spots open for the following week. She said “the next appointment was in 5 years!” She didn’t bother to ask any of the other ladies if they had any openings. Seems like they don’t like people of color. Racist place. I get Being booked but 5years come on. & there was no need to be rude. I will be telling everyone about how horrible I was treated there.

Been going here to have my hair done for years, Katy is the queen of cut and color!! When I lived in Malaysia a few years ago and knew we'd b in Medford, I'd call to set up my hair appointment. That's how good they are and how much I trust Katy with my hair!! U won't b disappointed!
