We had a hot water heater leak and Greg came right out and got the process started with our insurance. I appreciate his professionalism and his dedication to his work. He installed the new one in a timely manner and got us up and running again. I would definitely recommend Base One Plumbing and will use them again if need be.
Greg was a great advocate for replacement of my water heater through my home warranty. He identified that it was failing after 24 years (I knew this already), and pushed the home warranty to replace it vs repair it. Greg is direct and no nonsense, some might take that the wrong way, but I appreciated him explaining things to me. He even showed up in the middle of the snowstorm which dumped 6+ inches of snow with the new one to replace it. He worked fast and his work looks good and it's so nice to have more than 5 mins of hot water again! At least for me, his service was good and maybe some of the reviews on Google are a bit too harsh.
Great service. I needed some faucets replaced the same day. Greg was very courteous throughout, and able to be here quickly. He even went to the plumbing supply and picked up my new faucets. He also replaced a shower head that I added to the job at the last minute. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Base One Plumbing.
