I’ve felt genuinely supported in my role as a caregiver with Addus. Communication is reliable, and whenever I have a question, someone is available to help. When I felt uncomfortable in a client’s home, they took my concerns seriously and worked with me to find a solution. I’m grateful to do meaningful work with wonderful clients, and my overall experience with Addus has been positive.

We started using Addus about 2 months ago. Wife has long COVID and I was her only care taker. With the young women that's coming to help me take care of my wife is amazing. She helps the wife shower, spots her while walking frees up some of my time. Any time she can't come they call first thing in the morning to see if I need someone else to come over. I have no negative thoughts for Addus.

Addus is the agency my family chose to care for both my step-dad (who passed in 2021) and now, my 93yo mother who has late stage Alzheimer’s. They’ve been involved with our family for six years. I adore the two caregivers my mother currently has! They are respectful, helpful and mom seems to love them. In fact, they exceed my expectations regularly.
Every time I have had to make a schedule change, they have done their best to accommodate us. In turn, I try to accommodate them when they are stretched thin trying to make sure all their clients are cared for and they have to make a change.
