Great experience. I agreed to replace/install new vapor barrier for house sale. YCSG were great on the phone, super prompt, good price, polite, very thorough. They even repaired any damaged screens in the vents! I would not hesitate to use this crew again.

"Your Crawl Space Guys" just finished a full clean-out of our nasty crawl space and we couldn't be happier! They got rid of the mold & mildew, repaired torn insulation & ductwork, and installed a beautiful vapor barrier where there was none before, all for a very reasonable price. Their workers were prompt, friendly, and very competent. We really appreciated the photo gallery of before & after. Five stars! Thanks for job well done.

Used Crawl Space guys in 2022, I was 6 months into my new home purchase and the previous owner didn't install the sump pump correctly. The vapor barrier was a mess and my house had 16" of standing water during a heavy rain in the crawl space. They came in the next spring, trenched the crawl space, dug a sump well, put an appropriate sized sump pump in. It happens to be under my bedroom floor. I hear it kick on during the winters and I sleep better for it. Their work was perfection, they were easy to schedule and work with.
