I absolutely ? love the crew at the McMinnville location. Deb is great and always meets me with a smile. She has taken the time to remember my name and personalizes every experience that I have with her. Deb also helps me to find any product I am looking for or makes sure to put in an order for my lotion of choice.Ian is funny, also remembers my name, and has done all the things to also make my experience at Tan Republic a great one.I would not go anywhere else for my self-care needs, ever. I am almost positive that I am a "Tan Repubicer" for life!

Tan republic decided not to tell me after tanning there several times that they had just changed their light bulbs so I went in for the same amount of timing and the same level as I usually do. But this time I got worse than a sun tan my skin was pealing and bleeding without me doing anything to it. I called tan republic back to a refund of only the tans that I bought that I won't be using. They tried to sell me on spray tans and gifting the left over tans to a friend. They said no to a refund. I had to threaten a law suit for them to even realy listen to me. Then after calling twice a day for a week. The Manger final6 says she will refund my money. She says your see it in your back in 3 to 7 days. So 4 more days pass and I call they say yes your money was refunded. Then i got a call back from the manager of the gym. I get They are one business but he calls me and starts telling me how I can or can't talk to him I tell him to not call me back so he calls me back and threatens to call the cops on me cause they don't want to return my money well its been 3 weeks and still haven't gotten my money. So I do not suggest you go to tan republic in McMinnville Oregon horrible place they don't care at all

I really did not get a chance to find out about it . Wasn't offered a tour of the place , the girl in charged seemed a little preoccupied. I did get a chance to ask about price, package deals, and from what I could see from the front desk and the service they were very over priced. I'm new to McMinnville and was hoping to have better results. I'm hoping that I can find something that's going to meet my needs. I don't know it might be a great place. They didn't appear to be very busy, not sure what was going on

I have had a less than desirable experience with Tan republic, McMinnville tan republic to be more specific. First and foremost the face towels are literally crustier than the crusty crab and I say that with all seriousness, they often do not vaccume, take out the little waste baskets which half of them aren't even lined with a garbage bag, most of the coat racks are broken in the rooms so you have to set your belongings down on the unvaccumed ground but after the tanning bed turns on and you peak at the stuff glowing on the walls you almost feel better about it being on the ground. As far as the prices, not outrageous if you even are able to tan prior to racking up a bill. Been double charged for months of tanning which after I showed them my transactions they did agree to refund the money. Another occasion they informed me it was for the prior month that they literally told me I couldn't tan. If you do get charged for months of tanning that you were declined and you have any complaints about anything at all you can always Email " Dave" , about it and he will inform you, "Sounds like you have a hard time differentiating between fact and fiction".. Not explain the reason for the charges but instead politely insulting my perception of reality, intelligence and messaging what my transactions are as if I'm unable to do so myself. Marcus was super awesome, a few occasions he was not only beyond helpful, patient and understanding, gave me a complimentary tan for a complaint I was actually wrong about. He works in the gym primarily and doesn't make me feel like his lack of knowledge about the questions I have are my fault or an inconvenience to him. Staff there never knows the prices nor can or will any of the accept one sell you lotions. Maybe I came all the wrong days she worked but staff had not the slightest clue about products, prices or deals. I've experienced more detailed problems upon tanning here but I'll just keep it short and simple.Unless you are content with being committed to service that you may not receive, potentially be declined or even double charged,not informed about membership benefits until learning about them on your own, being crammed in rooms so small the door almost doesn't shut, broken coat racks, funk on the walls and just an entirely neglected public area run by people whom won't take the time to remember your name or properly handle transactions without being monitored closely then I suggest you look elsewhere to tan. If anyone knows better tanning places I'd love to know about them!! please and thanks.-Felicity

Great place to go for red light therapy and tanning. Place is always clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds are cool when you first lie down, but quickly warm up. Came here to just get a tan before vacation, but love it and will soon become a member when the pkg i purchased expires. Highly recommend, not just for tanning, but for the red light therapy. Noticed improvements in mood, skin, and health within 3 weeks of starting red light therapy (going 3 times per week).Service: Tanning

Tanning bed felt cold and my time started 3 mins shorter than it was suppossed to. Tried talking to lady at front desk, very unhelpful. Nothing was addressed. No receptionist when I left tanning bed to speak to.Services: Teeth whitening
