Had a pilar cyst removed from off my cranium. She had a really tough time getting out the surrounding sack. But to her credit, she really worked on it and we think she got it all. For an outpatient procedure it was good over all.
I have been using Mosaic for a little over a year now & have been to countless appointments due to high risk pregnancy & other health complications. I see Dr.Snyder & am never disappointed. She takes her time, connects with me & my children, makes me feel heard, comfortable & I feel she's thorough. I've also taken my son to the dental part of the building & was pleasantly surprised with the service, care & follow up. I also use the pharmacy there & recommend then as well. My 1 complaint overall is the size of the lobby, it's such tight quarters & with having 2 small children that makes it uncomfortable being surrounded by sick or stinky people. I am really confident with Katherine Snyder's way of dealing with me on a one to one basis. I consider her a friend as well as a great doctor. She is open, honest and a good listener. She always looks you in the eye when she is explaining things. I am glad to have her as a doctor first and friend second, I am truly blessed!
