Dropped-in for a class, payment of $15 was a breeze online.
The Iyengar yoga session with Lisa Walford was amazing. She made minute corrections that made a world of difference, and gave each student individualized guidance. She is an amazing teacher.
Can't believe this studio isn't more well known. I can't recommend it enough.“
