Sam and Dr Merriam were super-patient, super-sweet and are the first strangers to pet Penny. Despite Penny snapping at Dr Merriam, the doctor was very patient, very calm and treated Penny with such love and caring. Very transparent, very informative and you can tell Sam and Dr Merriam both love their jobs and animals.
