Excellent experience! Nobody likes computer problems, but this time I decided to not try to fix the problem myself. Just too much stress! The minute I started talking to Binaya about my issue I felt like I was in good hands. He answered my questions and fixed the problem quickly for a very fair price! Highly recommend his services.

I am surprised I have not left a review here yet.Binaya is a chill dude with an awesome furry sidekick. I have been an LC native for nearly five years. In that time, I have visited Desperate Hard Drives three times with two different PC's.His work has always been solid, and if you know a thing or two about tech, its easy to get carried away talking shop.All the times I have visited, it has usually been due to some new process I had not tried before, or issue I had never experienced, and thought it better to have a professional do it. Bravo....this is a quality business with a very skilled operator. I had a new touchpad installed on my Dell laptop and also an older HP desktop tower refurbished and updated. Both tasks were done expertly, with attention to detail, comleted very quickly and on time, and at a very reasonable price. I would reccomend this business to anyone who needs their computer repaired or refurbished. The owner/operator is a nice fellow and a great computer tech! Iwill use him again anytime the need arises.
