Absolutely amazing place to deal with. I am older disabled my anxiety level was over the top after it happened and going to get quotes. They were reassuring and receptionist walked me thru steps I needed to take. They were very timely on the repairs. I was pleasantly surprised to see a clean car. Thank you.

Our car was hit by a deer, so huge dents in both driver’s side doors, and the side mirror was destroyed. Caliber set everything up with the rental car agency and our insurance - we literally didn’t have to do a thing! - and sourced the parts immediately. The work to be done was explained to us in a very clear and complete manner. Timely updates were given while the work was in process, and it was ready early. The car is beautiful - just perfect. And they detailed it, so the inside is beautiful, too, which given the usual state of our car is really saying something. Staff are very professional but also very pleasant.Services: Painting

A big thank you on a technically challenging repair! Long story short, Zeb was AMAZING to work with, great communication and integrity throughout the ordeal. I’m sure everyone was as happy as I was when she rolled off the lot! Good job, guys!!I would definitely (but hope I never have to) use Caliber again.Services: Painting
