I used Steelhead to hang Christmas lights a few years ago. I was told the process was the first year you use their services they buy the lights and trim them to your house and then store the lights after they take them down in January. Well they took the lights down, stored our lights and kept them forever . Then decided to not answer on Facebook, which is the way I had communicated with them the whole time. Unprofessional . It’s fine if you are too busy but at least return the lights.

After providing a 1-month notice in March, I moved out on April 5th, 2023. Management has been unresponsive to any communication (text/email) ever since they confirmed the move-out date, yet continue charging monthly rent (full rent for April and May).Since March, I provided a forwarding address, informed them I had vacated the unit on 4/5, and inquired on when I could expect the corrected charges. This has been a very unprofessional move-out experience thus far.

With a student preparing to attend medical school at Western University, our search for an apartment for our daughter that would provide the home amenities needed as well as proximity to the university were of equal importance. That's where Caleb entered the picture. Being nearly 1,300 miles away from Lebanon, he was able to make us feel like we were a stone's throw away by helping us select an apartment and keeping us informed throughout the process. Without a doubt, had Caleb not been there to guide, assist, and keep us informed, we would have potentially had to make more than a couple of trips to the area. We are incredibly grateful for the time he has spent with us and we are looking forward to visiting our daughter at her new home in Lebanon!

Went to see a property 45 minutes away from where I live and upon arriving the code wasn’t working. We called the company and they said that they couldn’t find information on us and that we would have to reschedule. It was such an inconvenience having to drive all that way with a newborn and a husband that works 12-13 hours 7 days a week. They are unprofessional and made this led us to decide not to work with this realty company.If I could give 0 stars I would

I was a first time landlord who reached out to Marc to get assistance with property management. After asking all the questions and doing all my research he was clearly the best value in town and very patient and understanding in meeting my concerns. He found me excellent long term tenants who are very happy with the service, got a better rent price than I would have on my own and has made it a very simple and hands free experience. I recommend Steelhead to anyone seeking property management in the Salem area.

did not have a great experience with application process at all. went to viewing and did everything correctly, but they do a third party customer service that isnt in the usa. super hard to communicate and took weeks. ughhhh i wasted so much time waiting for their response and getting someone to actually talk to that didnt repeat every single thing! thanks for nothing! emailing back and fourth and provided them with information they needed, doesnt check but ends up repeating again and again when i provided ugh!
