Brought in the blower motor from my furnace to have it tested. The man was very helpful, tested it and said everything was working as it should. Said it was probably the capacitor (for our situation that was described to him) and sold us the part for a fair price. Unfortunately it did not fix our problem, but overall very helpful and pleased with the service.
Edit: It in fact did solve our problem, just made a mistake when re-assembling. Great service, great prices, would recommend.

The motor in my furnace went out last winter. I was able to buy an exact replacement off the shelf at the same price as online sellers and I didn't have to wait for shipping. Installed the motor right away, had central heating back on that night and after a year of use the motor is still running quietly and very well. I am pleased.

Terrible service, poor work. Dropped off pumps that were ignored for 6 months and never fixed. Got pumps back that were "repaired" but not actually functioning. Asked for quotes never received. Was not informed when jobs were finished. It looked nice that they painted the volute, but it wasn't prepped at all started chipping immediately, so why even do it? Had to take that same pump somewhere else within the year due to shoddy work.

I worked with John on a trash pump. He was very helpful. I am a student. I went in to ask mechanical questions and he was very supportive in my learning process. He is very knowledgeable in motors and mechanical works. My pump worked and I didn't get to thank him for his support and tips. Thank you john for teaching me how to fix my pump. Francis

Man these guy (and gals) are great! I couldn’t tell you how many times they’ve saved my back side! We have multiple large electric motors and water not a good combo and you can imagine when things go wrong they go wrong badly and they are always there to lend a hand and get the problem solved. I’ve come to them with off the wall ideas and they make it happen. I can honestly say my Busienss wouldn’t run near as smooth as it does if it wasn’t for them. Anyways they are all willing to help when I need it and are always willing to give advice to try and save me some money, so for that I thank all of you and thanks again for saving my @!! All the time!

Ron was the guy that was supposed to be doing my repair. 3 months wasted on this company with zero organization and no follow-up. They lost my motor, forgot they had it, and repeatedly failed to ever call back. When I told them I would come pick it up, Ron said he needed a few more days to put it back together and he would give me a call. Of course, I never received a call. A month later I called in and said I would be coming to pick it up and I expected it to be located and assembled. I was hung up on. They should have told me they weren't capable of getting the job done 3 months ago, and saved us both the trouble. Don't tell customers you are going to follow-up with them when you have no intention of doing so.
