Buckmaster squeezed us in same day for a clogged sink drain. I was so appreciative, I couldn't imagine going the whole weekend without a kitchen sink. Wes came over and within 30 minutes I had a functioning sink again! I called around before hand for scheduling and quotes, everywhere else estimated the same price as Buckmaster ($250) but they couldn't come out same day. Thank you Buckmaster!

A very big thank you to Robert & his team for installing a new compressor before the massive heat wave this week. He made sure I was okay before his vacation and I so appreciate that kind of excellent customer service. The kitties have a smile on their face with cool AC. Thanks again😀

Buckmaster plumbing is horrible to deal with! I have called several times over the last few months trying to have them fix my back outdoor faucet to no avail! The front faucet has had no issue and they were installed at the same time. Apparently the owner Scott is always on vacation and his employees can't do anything without him. Scott and his apprentice installed my faucet they put several holes in my house and one in my detached garage why I don't know. A week after the faucet was installed water has been gushing out of it soaking everything around it. I am sick and tired of them after spending over 3,000 for a new water line this is what I get. This place is a joke. Don't ever bother calling them if you want actual service!!! The man answering the phone tried to blame the leak on me saying it was because I didn't detach my hose from there FROST FREE SPIGIT. I don't use my hose during winter nor have I ever detached my front hose and that one works just fine. Just fix your mistakes Scott and quit being a bad business man!

My husband and I want to thank you and the gentlemen who came to our home to replace our garbage disposal and toilet. Not only were they very professional, efficient, and friendly, but they went the extra mile to fix something another contractor had apparently broken without even pointing fingers at the previous installers. We thank God (and them) for their coming to our rescue right away when we were in crisis. No wonder Buckmaster is the highest rated plumbing company in the region! I called three different times To schedule someone to come out and look at my air conditioner. Every time I called I was told that somebody would call back to schedule, the last time you called I finally just sped up and told them that I needed to schedule because I have been calling for three weeks. After they came out, they were supposed to send us an estimate for a new air-conditioning unit and furnace, I had to call them to get that. So we went with a different company. The customer service is not very good.
