Fast, efficient and friendly. Very pleasant experience.

Very Clean and upto date, kind and professional! Quick sign in, 5 minute wait time and they found our problem and came up with a solution in 30 minutes.

Wasn't a long wait and Dr Parish is amazing very thorough. Still have an ongoing issue but it was Friday and he did refer me to labs at Lebanon Hospital which I did do. I like the privacy up front of not having to tell front desk why you are there. You scan the code and put all information on the app.

Poor customer service, zero compassion, poor listening skills at check in. I had no other options at the moment but to get care where I could and thankfully the provider I saw ended up being decent. It's unfortunate their front office staff diminished the trust immediately. Get some training in customer service and patient care.

Dr. Parrish is professional and competent.

They got me in quickly, and I was able to see someone wired away and got prescriptions and my care information on sheets and was done in a very short amount of time she answered all my questions made me feel comfortable with what she felt was going on.

I love Best Med in Lebanon, The staff is wonderful. The care is wonderful. They treat you way better than at the hospital.

Very informative of what is going on has the best patient care and bed side manners I have seen in health care in a long time.
