Great customer service, very understanding people who worked with me when I was a couple months past due on my bill.And you can get free boxes out of the recycling; makes moving way more convenient

At first I had a very bad experience with an employee here.I spoke with Kevin, he resolved the issues I was having with inconsistencies and poor customer service.Not only did he resolve those issues but he came out to do my homes septic service himself, on a horrible snowy day.Kevin absolutely changed my opinion of this company and I appreciate him!

I was in Salem when my sister called to tell me that my toilet had over flowed. She said that she plunged it and flushed again and it backed up into the bath tub. I called Lakeview Sanitation and the wonderful lady who answered the phone explained that they were 3 weeks out. I was like..ok what now. She continued to explain the septic system. How to check it, where to look and what to look for. When I got back home to Christmas Valley the next day I got a call from her saying they had a window open. And they could squeeze me in.I explained I had not had a chance to check the tank and again she walked me through it.The tank is only 3 years old. We bought our home in Feburary.... read full review
