I needed a cleaning on short notice for company that was arriving on Monday and I had been out of town until Sunday. I have 4 cats and 2 dogs. My house is "hairy" and lived in. I received a call back that day and they were able to accommodate me the following morning. They did everything I asked for and then some. I have vaulted ceilings over a fireplace that I cannot reach and there were several cobwebs up there. They cleaned them all and I didn't even mention it to them. I told them to mostly focus on the bathroom and kitchen and living room. They did an excellent job. The cost was the exact amount quoted.
