“I hired Grassroots to grade my yard, build a retaining wall to level the yard, and redo a rotting fence around my 1/4 acre property. A pretty big project. Brent (owner) was very communicative from the very beginning. I sought several estimates and Grassroots was comparable with other companies. They started on the scheduled start date and completed the work in a timey fashion. They did a fantastic job on the retaining wall. It is perfectly level and looks beautiful. The finished fence and gates look amazing as well. The final product is exactly what I was hoping for. Also shout out to Brent, the owner. I can’t say enough good things about his service, knowledge as well as guidance, and overall care to bid our project and talk us through the options. We originally were headed down an entirely different path on fence style, and he came out several times to discuss the best approach. When we pivoted and went for something more cost effective for us, he treated the project just as important despite being significantly smaller. We got on their schedule very quickly and are extremely happy with the work Superior did.

Note to readers, we had heard Superior may be more expensive than other companies. I bid our project with multiple vendors and can say they stay competitive in the market. Beyond that, the care and detail they provided was worth the small difference we may have paid between companies and I’d recommend them to friends and neighbors. If you’re looking for quality and exceptional service in a market flooded with options, I’d highly recommend using Superior, especially if you want a fence that will last for years and work with a team of people that won’t disappear after the job is done. Lastly, their installation of the fence was far better than what other companies bid, and they used quality materials throughout and reinforced the fence with 3 horizontal beams, while other companies were only bidding with 2. We feel this difference will serve us well in the PNW weather, that brings so much wet and occasional windy weather. I’ll be surprised if we ever have a fence issue again.“
