This wasn't the first time I've had injectables, but it was my first time at Skin by Lovely and I'll never go anywhere else! My entire experience at the LO location was perfect. The office is an absolutely beautiful space and so soothing. Crystal helped me over the phone initially with a brief conversation about what I was interested in and helped match me and my specific goals with the right injection specialist for me. I had a chance to visit with her again while we took my before pics as well as in the exam room. She was so warm and welcoming, as are the entire staff here in LO. I met with Semona for my initial appointment and consultation and was so impressed by her professionalism and the time she took to sit down and really study my face and talk about what I wanted. I could not be happier with my results! I felt genuinely cared for at my appointment, and again at my follow up and will definitely be coming back!
