Donna at Salon Olivia gave me my first haircut after that loss, and what she gave me was so much more than just a haircut. I wept in her chair, and she met me with nothing but kindness, warmth, and patience. She held space for me in a way that I will never forget. Best experience I could have ever had at this establishment! Donna got me in very last minute for a cut and color and did such a wonderful job! Looking through the reviews for Salon Olivia and reviews for other establishments in similar areas, “Sarah Williams” is a fake troll account that leaves negative false reviews for some unknown reason. I would not recommend listening to that troll account, not worth your time. I’m baffled that anyone would leave anything but a positive review, there is a reason Donna has been in business for 20+years. I cannot say enough good things about this salon. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like actual royalty—not that some people would know what that feels like. Donna is incredibly professional, attentive, and remembers her clients (even those who don’t come in with dramatic tales or imaginary grievances). She gave me the perfect cut—straight hair and all.

Honestly, I’m baffled by any negative reviews. Maybe some people just can’t tell the difference between a bad haircut and a bad attitude. Or maybe they confused their uneven energy with uneven ends. Either way, this salon is the real deal.
