He came out for a quote and told me I didn't need to buy new windows that the ones I had could be fixed for a fraction of the price from a glass company. He's got my trust! I'll totally call again when I do need windows.

Yesterday was the third time I had Royal Exteriors install windows/sliding glass doors for me in the last 7 years. Alex, Joseph, and Jason were the installers yesterday, who installed four triple pane windows in my home. They were on time, professional, and cleaned up after themselves; and were very knowledgeable. All of the products they have installed over the years have held up well, and reduce a lot of noise from local traffic.

We tried to get one window replaced for a couple years with no success. We've been seeing Royal Exteriors ads for years so when we decided to explore replacing all the windows David was the first person we called. His customer service is excellent - quick appointment, no hard sell, lots of comparison quotes that made his product sell itself. The installation process was seamless, quicker than I could imagine - one day and cleaned up 100%. When we paid up (nothing down, payment after installation) David had all the paperwork ready for our Energy Trust rebate and what we needed for Federal Tax credits.
