My husband and I did not originally intend to build a custom home when we moved to Lake Oswego but after touring many Renaissance Homes in town we quickly realized how functional and beautiful they were - truly the absolute best homes available. We toured some of their spec homes and when we couldn't find one in the location we hoped for, our amazing realtor (Matt Tercek) suggested we think about building with Renaissance. We’ve built two homes with Renaissance Homes. One in SE Portland and one in rural West Linn. Both building journeys were very different but share a common outcome – we were happy and proud homeowners of a Renaissance Home.

We have owned a Renaissance home for almost 7 years and have been very happy with the quality of workmanship and interaction with staff. They are very responsive to requests for help or information, and if we were in a position to buy another home, Renaissance would be our first choice.
