This studio has been in Lake Grove for almost 20 years. Word of mouth keeps people coming, and staying for years! Quality of instruction is outstanding whether in private sessions or mat class. The mat classes are either in studio or on Zoom for our convenience. The web site is very clear and lets you know what to expect. Pilates is a life long practice and this studio is the place to learn and keep practicing!

Working with Kimm at Pilates Bodies has been life-changing. Over the past three years she has patiently and expertly guided me towards feeling strong and confident in my body again. What I feared was chronic back and hip pain has significantly eased, I have regained strength, flexibility and stability and I'm thrilled that I'm now able to enjoy the active retirement I had always pictured for myself. Kimm has a sixth sense when it comes to figuring out quirky aches and pains and in addition to her mastery of body mechanics she's a lovely person to be around. I feel very fortunate and grateful for everything Kimm has done for me and recommend her highly.

I highly recommend this Pilates studio! It’s a beautiful space with the latest equipment and capacity for group mat work. There are affordable private and group options. I started working with Kimm at Pilates Bodies 18 years ago after a failed back surgery. She is the most knowledgeable and caring professional I have ever worked with. Over a few months time she guided me in healing my injury and stabilizing my back. I have continued working with her to treat my scoliosis and maintain my flexibility and strength.
