Dr. Peterson is amazing and the staff are all wonderful. I came in because of numbness in my right hip, and Dr. Peterson did four treatments of hydrosection to help wake up the nerves, and I have 80% of the feelings back. I am thrilled! I highly recommend him.
Dr. Oltman did an amazing job explaining how the procedure worked and what I can expect. I've had a bad back for over 20-years and have tried chiropractic numerous times, physical therapy, acupuncuture, etc. etc. and it all helped a little but this by far truly makes me feel like part of the damage that was done has healed in my lower back. I've never been able to workout 2-days in a row, now I can go 4-days, I can sleep in our travel trailer and not hurt for half the day. The procedure cost some money and is a bit painful but my short and long term health is worth it.
Dr. Peterson at Oregon Regenerative Medicine is amazing and has honestly changed my life! Ive been dealing with TMJ in my jaw for over 10 years, but within the last 12 months, its gotten substantially worse to the point that my jaw was locked shut almost every morning. Once it would relax enough that I could open it, it would only open about 50% of what it should. I was very limited with what I could eat, it was causing constant ear pain, etc. Before I found Dr. Peterson, and had even heard of PRP or Stem Cell Treatment, I went to an oral surgeon who did an MRI and said that my jaw was so bad, that it was typical of what he would see in an 80 year old patient and Im not even 40. He recommended surgery to replace the disc within the jaw joint. I went to a second oral surgeon for a second opinion and he said the same thing. He wanted to open up my jaw joint, and replace what was left of the disc with a silicone disc. He said that he would have to repeat the surgery 6 months later to replace the silicone disc with cartilage from my ear. There would only be a 50% chance that my jaw would improve even after surgery, and by the way, insurance won't cover any of it! It was going to be over $10k for each surgery! Thats when I started doing some more research and came across Oregon Regenerative Medicine. I sent the MRI and doctors notes to Dr. Peterson for review and he said, I really think we can help get the results you want with only 3 PRP injections and not even have to do stem cell. So I made an appointment and the rest is history! I saw him once a month for 3 months and had the 3 PRP injections done and I can honestly say, my jaw is at least 85% healed! I no longer have any pain in my jaw or my ear, I can open my jaw as wide as I should be able to, Im not limited with what I can eat, it no longer locks shut....its truly miraculous! I cannot recommend Dr. Peterson and Oregon Regenerative Medicine enough and I highly suggest, no matter what traditional medicine/doctors may say, that you go see Dr. Peterson before you have any sort of joint surgery done!
