I recently had my 2nd CO2 peel combined with RF microneedling at Meraki Medical Aesthetics, and I cannot say enough great things about the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, Nicole and Megan made me feel completely at ease — they were warm, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, what to expect during treatment, and how to care for my skin afterward.
The combination treatment is no joke — it’s serious, results-driven skincare — but their expertise and attention to detail made all the difference. They were attentive to my comfort level throughout, checked in constantly, and clearly take so much pride in what they do. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and not just going through the motions.
The results? Absolutely stunning. My skin looks smoother, tighter, and more radiant than it has in years. The texture improvement alone has me blown away, and I’m still in the healing process!
If you’re on the fence about investing in this type of treatment, let Nicole and Megan be the reason you say yes. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Meraki Medical Aesthetics is lucky to have them, and I’m lucky to have found this place. Highly, HIGHLY recommend! 🌟

I am so grateful that I was referred to Meraki! The ladies that own Meraki provide the best treatment, they are both nurses, they are kind, fun, caring, listen and are just cool humans! I’ve never felt more confident! It’s not just about wanting to look youthful and refreshed, it’s about caring for my skin. I have melasma and had never had anyone educate me and offer me a solution! The hydrinity vivid serum has been life changing! My melasma has cleared so much in just 6 months! I never considered lip filler but after having major dental surgery the shape of my mouth had changed. I didn’t want to look fake or have “duck lips”, I couldn’t be happier with the subtle lip plump, I received about a month ago! I have a scar on my lip, and Nicole knew just where to place the filler to get an even and plump lip, working with the scar tissue, I’ve had in my upper lips for 20+ years! I’ve referred multiple people and will continue to share the positive and impactful experience I have had! I turned 48 this year and feel more confident than ever! Thanks Meraki!🫶

I am reluctant to share photos of my damaged face or admit publicly to the humiliating harm caused by this company—but I feel compelled to warn other women (and men) so they don’t suffer the same dreadful experience and aftermath. I deeply regret ever trusting this business with my face. I paid $7,000 for the Attiva treatment after being repeatedly assured—both verbally and in writing—that it would be painless and deliver immediate, long-lasting, surgery-free results. The consent forms listed only two minor risks: possible sun-related discoloration or infection. At no point was I warned about the potential for scarring, excruciating pain during the procedure, severe eyelid drooping, deep indentations, worsening sagging, or the possibility of no results at all. Yet this is exactly what I experienced. The treatment lasted four agonizing hours, despite promises of comfort. In the weeks that followed, I suffered serious complications, including a staph infection (misdiagnosed by them as acne and treated with the wrong medication) and ongoing intermittent eyelid drooping for which they had no explanation. When I suggested they should, at minimum, warn clients about the pain and possible complications, Megan admitted they are “careful with what we say to clients about the pain or they wouldn’t get the procedure.” That statement alone should be a red flag for anyone considering treatment here. I followed every protocol they provided and reported each issue as it occurred. Their handling of my concerns was dismissive, and their follow-up communication was both insulting and disappointing. For the first three months, they begged me not to post a review, promising a refund if results failed to appear over time. Ultimately, they offered me a partial refund of $1,025, which I declined. I am now consulting with both a physician and an attorney to assess the full extent of the damage to my face and to pursue reimbursement and damages. If you are considering this treatment—or any treatment—at Meraki, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Do your research. Ask direct questions. Don’t rely on promises or polished marketing. I wish I had done the same.

These young ladies are so friendly and work with an honest and professional attitude while being extremely competent in their craft. I called Meraki to schedule a laser tattoo removal session and received an appointment in an extremely reasonable amount of time. The staff took very good care of me and allowed me to proceed with my treatment at my own pace. Would recommend to anyone you know.
