Lovely welcoming staff. Dr Kawasaki was personable and professional, fully explaining everything she did for me. Jennifer, my optician was also friendly and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed my experience here as a new patient. Can hardly wait for my new frames.
The staff is so great got me right in and also patiently worked with me with finding glasses. When I called back to cancel my glasses and come back to reorder a different pair they were able to cancel and reschedule me.
My brother is in a wheelchair and doesn’t hear well because his hearing aids aren’t working. Everyone at this clinic was helpful and polite and did their jobs perfectly. I recommend this business.
