The office manager is kind and empathetic, providing support during challenging times. The optometrist, Dr. Neron, is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The team is excellent at guiding patients through their options, including selecting frames, and is patient with indecisiveness. Many patients appreciate the high-end facility and glasses selection, along with the ongoing support for their eyewear, such as adjustments and repairs. Overall, the clinic provides top-quality medical eye care and a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring a positive experience for the entire family.
My brother is in a wheelchair and doesn’t hear well because his hearing aids aren’t working. Everyone at this clinic was helpful and polite and did their jobs perfectly. I recommend this business.
Updating my review seven(!) years later. They are still excellent. The entire family still goes there (my son during breaks from college - how time flies). My vision issues are even more complex (add in retinal reattachment surgery) and their care and support are still wonderful. I particularly want to call out Dr. Joseph Neron -- he goes above and beyond!
Our entire family gets all our eye care here and they are excellent! Truly an amazing establishment. From the layout of the office, to the warm and welcoming staff — everything about my experience was absolutely exceptional. Dr. Neron was very thorough and immensely knowledgeable, really spending time with me to ensure I received the right prescription after having not taken an eye exam in quite a while. At no point did I ever feel oversold on any products or anything of the sort. Just straight to the point while also possessing a sense of humor. Can't ask much more.
