From the time I walked in everyone was VERY nice! The gal that took me back to the exam room was very friendly. Dr Jiang was wonderful. So nice friendly and thorough. I highly recommend this clinic. You need to book your appointment way out since they are very busy. For urgent matters they do have a wait list to get you in sooner.
Scheduled multiple months in advance. Never heard from them. Had to call prior to my appointment to see if there was anything they needed from me. I’ll cut them some slack since they somehow had the wrong phone # on file but I still never received any texts or calls confirming my appointment time even after I updated my number with them.
Upon arrival I was seen quickly and when the dermatologist came in to the exam room he shook my hand but did not introduce himself. So I don’t even know which doctor I saw. Is there just one? Or are there multiple doctors here? Who knows, not me.

I was a little scared by some of the negative reviews, and after my visit I felt I should come on here and say that my experience was mostly good. The front staff was nice and they didn't seem burned out or rude at all. I got called back promptly. I was seeing Dr. Liu and her assistant was named Gail. Gail was very nice. The only hiccup was the doctor started yelling for her in the hallway and she cut our consultation short before I could really tell her why I was there. I tried to quickly say it and she indicated it would be fine and the doctor would know I was there for multiple concerns. I don't blame Gail for having to run off.
