Having been a professional athlete for over a decade, you can often tell in the first few minutes whether a therapist is a "one-and-done," a "backup," or a "where have you been all my life?" From the first visit, Karlee has been my go-to in Portland, I won't even bother seeing anyone else. As a high level athlete herself, she has a great intuition to your needs as an athlete, yet she's also willing to adapt to your preferences.
