I had the most wonderful time and highly recommend this practice. Dr. Cruz helped me after I destroyed my back post partum. I really appreciated the time he took to understand what I was feeling, and his soft tissue work around the area before doing the adjustments. I felt SO much better after each visit and I'm finally able to go about business as usual!

All I can say is wow ? I just had my first chiropractic adjustment at Lake O Asula with Dr. Cruz. I’ve literally never had my body adjust that well with anyone else and I’ve been seeing chiropractors for the last 25yrs. The included deep tissue massage before my adjustment released all the tension I hold in my upper back and neck since I’m a dental hygienist. Other chiropractors just don’t include the deep tissue massage that is needed for the body to relax and fully adjust. The added benefit of insurance billing is also a huge plus.
