Dr. Balcer was excellent—thorough, clear, and very easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, answered my questions thoughtfully, and struck that rare balance between being reassuring and efficient. I left feeling confident about my eye health and appreciative of how smooth the whole visit was.
I have used LaPine Eye Care for many years. Even though I moved over 4 years ago I still come back to see Dr Balcer when I'm in town visiting family. I know I will never find better care elsewhere. Everyone in the office is kind, professional, so helpful and super efficient! I ❤️ LaPine Eyecare!!

I can’t recommend Dr. Balcer and his team enough! From the second I walked in the door I was treated warmly and professionally by everyone. As a new patient their online portal was an easy way to get my information into their systems. They called me ahead of my appointment to confirm my details and I walked right through the door and into an exam room, a totally seamless process. The staff treated me like I had been coming there for years. Thank you Dr. Balcer and team for a great experience!
