Love Doctor Graham Balcer but the woman who is the manager of their billing department is definitely not attentive to dealing with clients. No matter what you have going on, you need to respond to each client’s needs/phone messages in their order even if you merely respond with you’re working on it is ? better than Ignoring my phone messages which definitely does not endear me to you. Actually just the opposite, it irritates me. I have owned and successfully operated 3 different businesses and our customers always came first, apparently not how you “manage” your department.

La Pine residents rejoice, you don’t have to drive to Bend for quality eye care. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at La Pine Eyecare Clinic. My prescription was right the first time, the glasses fit just right, and everyone was really nice. It was a completely different experience from the one I had in Bend last year. I feel fortunate to have found La Pine Eyecare Clinic. I definitely recommend them.

I purchased a pair of glasses and when I received them they didn’t feel right. I know it takes awhile for your eyes to adjust so I allowed up to two weeks to let them but it still didn’t feel right. I was worried they weren’t gonna let me return them or get em altered. But they let me come in, diagnose the problem and get them fixed for free. I was very appreciative because they were an expensive pair with all the special extras. Very pleased! And the doctor is handsome, so that makes it even nicer!
