I wish there were more consistency here. You can never be sure who you’ll get. I really wanted some cute hearts painted on my nails but it was a disaster and in the end I had the guy paint over them. He should have told me he couldn’t do it.
I’d love to get a pedicure that was more relaxing, let me soak for more then two minutes, give me a real massage, leave the hot towel on for more then 30 seconds. Make me feel just a tiny bit pampered.
Edit: much more relaxing and slower pace today. I love the music they play.
I have been going to TT Nails for about a year having moved to LaGrande from Portland. The services are excellent. The technicians are quick, efficient and competent. BUT their online booking service is NOT DEPENDABLE. There have been multiple times when I made an online appointment, blocked out my busy schedule only to arrive and be told "We're full." I'm not a walk in. I made an appointment sometimes days in advance. I am a regular customer at least once a month and I tip very well. I always bring cash. I am the kind of customer I think they would want to accommodate. I think they don't have access to the online system and make appointments over the phone after hours and double book. I can't think of another reason they keep taking appointments at the same time someone has already booked online. This is really irritating when your schedule is packed tight. Now I have to rebook and hope it works this time. If you use the online system maybe call ahead and confirm? I've never had this problem at my previous salon.
Excellent nail salon. Linda and Tony did a wonderful job on my nails. The pedicure was so relaxing. Very good vibes in this salon. All are friendly and the salon is immaculate and decorated so pretty. When I’m back in Vegas I will be a repeat customer!
