Hitek Nails offers fantastic customer service, with Kim providing exceptional care and attention to detail. The salon is decently clean, despite a somewhat sketchy appearance. While the nail quality may not be the highest, the prices are reasonable. Kim's pedicures are especially praised, with customers leaving feeling refreshed and pampered.
Kim is excellent at her nail services. She is very gentle and listens to what the customer wants down to every detail. I have tried other salons in La grande and no one does nearly as well as Kim does. Her prices are extremely fair and the lowest in town. She is very gentle and speaks and laughs with the client the whole time.
fantastic customer service!! and Kim is lovely all though the service is fantastic the nails only lasted me 3 weeks and from past experience these are not the highest quality but amazing service! and the salon is decently clean! it seems sketchy at first but Kim is the sweetest person! TT nails is more modern but way more expensive prices are actually reasonable at hitek nails!!
This was the best nail experience I’ve had in LaGrand! Kim was the sweetest person and so generous! Her prices are very reasonable and not over priced at all. I would definitely recommend hitek nails ?
