I have called welders, electricians, plumbers, contractors, handymen, roofers... They don't answer the phone, they never call back, or they don't show up. So I have started getting things done by people out of the area. Troy is the only contractor in this vicinity who has ever actually answered a call and then show up ON TIME and done the job. I don't think the fee he charged me several months ago even paid the retail price of the Honeywell thermostat I asked him to install, and going under the house on hands and knees to clear liquid from the unit so it actually worked, was above and beyond for the price.
