Prompt courteous service. The technician had the needed parts on the truck and skills and tools to get the job done quickly. He was respectfull and wore floor protection slippers. Job well done.
My propane furnace was rattling very loud so I called Scotts and Coby came out the same day to look at it and fixed the problem free of charge As a first time customer and service like that, they just ensured that theyre the only heating co I'll call for future furnace trouble. Thank you Scotts. ?
Nathan was on time and performed a conscientious and thorough inspection of our church furnances. He politely answered my questions. We are ready for winter!Cory inspected our furnace and replaced our programmable thermostat which is over 20 years old. He was helpful and knowledgeable. He also had the right thermostat in his van.
