Excellent experience with Travis in service. I have a 2019 Fox Mountain 235RLS. There was an issue with the slide out. Travis provided me with documentation as to the correct motor installed on my rig.

Product deserves more than 4 stars. I have owned a half dozen coaches, including a Newmar luxury coach. I think my Arctic Fox 27-5L is built better than any of the others - much better than most, and even a bit better than the Newmar. The product deserves a 5, but the after sale support from Northwood is closer to 1. I am an easy grader - I would give their support a 2 if they only pretended to care about my situation - even if there was no help.

Update: 06/03/25 Wanted to thank Travis in Service for quick response to a warranty discrepancy, handled quickly and fair. Original Review: I don't see any recent reviews. Very impressed with quality and workmanship compared to other manufacturers outside Oregon. You get what you pay for. We bought a 2024 25KT Nash last year. Customer service is responsive along with Sumner RV Dealer. I won't buy anything else in the future. Outdoors RV, Artic Fox and Nash. Don't buy anything else.
