Belt tensioner and pulley froze after I got gas at FlyingJ. I’m not from here and on a long road trip from South Carolina. These guys had me in and out in less than 1.5 hours. Absolutely amazing service.

Jason at La Grande Light Truck was awesome to work with! He was helpful over the phone, quickly called me back with the requested quote, and got me in the same week to fix my vehicle. I appreciate Jason's responsiveness and speed at which he was able to complete the repair. Will definitely use La Grande Light Truck again and certainly recommend them to anyone looking for competent mechanics.

We broke down due to another shop setting us up for failure before our road trip, and Light Truck was like a saint when it came to taking care of us, treating us so well and respectfully. We needed an Axle shaft replaced and it was 5 days out. But they called and checked in with us moment by moment, and the fix they did has not only held together from OR back to AZ, but also a thousands miles of off-roading too. Loren was our mechanic and texted me after we left, checking in and making sure we were still ok and rolling. Such a good honest kind man. SOOO hard to find the good skills and the kindness in shop mechanics these days. If we lived in OR they would be our lifetime... read full review
