We had an incredible experience working with Jeff Clark. From start to finish, he was personable, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported through the home-buying process. Jeff helped us sell our first house back in 2016 and was very knowledgeable and positive through the whole process. When we moved back to La Grande, he helped us as we nearly closed on a home, found issues, backed out, hunted again, and so on. He's a patient guy who doesn't pressure clients and listens to their needs. He also helped us navigate some unusual situations after moving and was always quick to respond when we had questions or issues. I'd recommend Jeff to anybody in the market!

I'm writing to share some feedback regarding our recent experience with Jeff as our realtor. While Jeff was generally pleasant, we were quite unsettled by a few aspects of his service.

Specifically, Jeff was not present when we received our keys, he left them on the porch. Nor did he follow up with us after we moved in, at all. We also didn't receive a thank you call or any other communication from him until we received a text a few months later asking how everything is going. These instances, he left my fiancé and I feeling a bit unsupported.

Given these points, we would unfortunately not recommend him as a realtor.

Jeff did an outstanding job with the sale of our house. His expertise and guidance proved itself, when we were able to sell our house for much more than we had anticipated. Jeff was a pleasure to work with and was always responsive with our questions and concerns. I have never worked with anyone who was more on top of things and it was very much appreciated.

Working with Jeff was great; he is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the house-buying process. From noting what might need repairs and fixing while looking at houses, trying to forecast what might happen in the future, to answering any questions we had about the buying process in general since this was our first house purchase. Jeff was always quick to respond and would check in periodically to make sure we were seeing houses or if our criteria had changed.
As mentioned, Jeff was great to work with and we would recommend him to any of our friends and family.

Jeff helped me sale three houses for my father. Provided great advice on what needed to be done. Went above and beyond to help, as I was not always in the area. He was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with.
