After many years, the gas furnace they provided and installed for me is still running strong. Of the two times I've had issues, one I was able to fix myself, and one their technician was able to troubleshoot successfully. They've always been transparent with costs, and it's convenient that they keep replacement air filters on hand, at least for my model.

Had them install air conditioner and furnace plus run gas lines , they made a few mistakes but fixed them when addressed . Just called them to run some more lines and reinspect . Tells me to busy to even make me an appointment ? Call someone else . When it was a 10k job no problem, I wanted to use the same company for all hvac installs and lines . This is Just a warning for others.

In response to United , I talked with a lady this morning , was placed on hold , she then told me I’m being referred to polwey plumbing ? Or something similar and they can quote me on gas lines .

Great response time! Accurate diagnosis and had the replacement part installed in no time! If we ever need assistance with our A/C again, we will totally call them! Highly recommend!
