I had such a great experience at Ulta thanks to Blanca and Marci! They were incredibly welcoming and helpful—not just to me, but to my mom as well. They took their time with us, answered our questions, and made sure we walked out with exactly what we needed. Their kindness and patience really stood out. Ulta is lucky to have them!

The staff was friendly but they don't know anything about the product they sell. I wouldn't recommend buying their hair dye. It's expensive and it doesn't work. Especially the igk. I spent way too much on a product suggested to me for my hair to be it's natural color. I've also found out recently others have had this problem with their lines of hair products

Cassie is THE BEST! Went in for a last minute clean up cut and did absolutely amazing. Did exactly what I wanted and made it look amazing!! Thanks Cassie! I'll be back in the near future!! :) <3
