Great Clips in Klamath Falls provides affordable haircuts for men, women, and children. Services include haircuts, beard trims, bang trims, and shampooing. The salon is open evenings and weekends, accepting walk-ins and online check-in to reduce wait times. Customers generally praise the quality of the haircuts and the service received. One customer mentioned getting a fabulous ladies Mohawk-ish haircut that was cute and becoming.
However, some customers have noted long wait times, with one recent visitor needing to wait three hours despite having an appointment set two hours in advance. This busy period has led to suggestions for the salon to add more staff, especially during peak hours. Another customer mentioned the long wait for walk-ins, feeling that online check-in can be frustrating. Despite these concerns, many customers continue to return due to the consistent quality and the affordability of the haircuts, with some even appreciating the price for seniors.
Had a great experience here, as soon as I walked in the receptionist was so kind and friendly, talked me into staying even though it was going to be a long wait. Well worth the wait. My hair stylist Sunny cut my hair so perfectly. Will definitely be back because of the amazing hair stylist and the receptionist.
Delilah. (Probably spelled that wrong) she’s the best. Only lady I’ll let touch my hair in Klamath. And great fun woman to talk too. All around, go there and she’ll cut you up right!
