This my second review, could not find the first one. So I drop my baby off for cremation had to come back to pickup the engraved piece of metal with her name birth to end dates. I put it on the wooden beautiful box to put ashes in. They helped with adding her picture to the box. What they charge and what you get back is worth it. You can tell they are true pet lovers and care and understand what it feels to lose your a pet. It helps during your process, this is a good place to trust with your pet. Thank you for what you do for those mourning the loss of their pet 🙏🏼🐾
I cannot say enough good things about the care and compassion we received during such a difficult time. Most recently we trusted them with our dog Carlitos, but this wasn't our first time using their services. Once again, they showed the same compassion, respect and care that we remembered from previous experience. Their attention to detail and genuine understanding of what this loss meant to our family brought a great deal of comfort. I'm truly grateful for the thoughtfulness and professionalism they showed every step of the way. Thank you for helping us honor our sweet boy so beautifully.
My bunny passed away tragically when I got to campus and no vets were open so I had to stay with his body until we could get him cremated. Karley was so sympathetic and helpful in this process. Although this was such a difficult time for me she made it so much easier. I would recommend her to anyone in Klamath needing cremation services and memorial pieces. She went above and beyond for my baby guppy and I’m grateful the last person to handle him was her. She is truly such a blessing and an amazing person, thank you so much.
